Policy A: Courses in Digital Marketing, Data Science, and Python
Cancellations Prior to the Course
If you cannot attend the course and wish to cancel before the course commencement date, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid.
Withdrawals During the Course
- If you decide to withdraw within the first two classes and are dissatisfied with the course, you are eligible for a 100% refund, no questions asked.
- No Refund will be issued after attending more than two classes.
Batch Transfers
- You can transfer to another batch before the course starts at no extra charge.
- If you are unable to complete the course for any reason, you may transfer to a different batch of the same course at no additional cost.
Admission Transfers
Admissions are non-transferable between learners.
Policy B: Self-Paced (E-Learning) Programs
Refund eligibility is based on the duration of the course content accessed:

Extensions for E-Learning Access
- You may request a one-month extension by emailing Rajdhawanguitar@gmail.com. This extension is complimentary for the first month.
- For extensions beyond one month, a fee of 50% of the course price applies.
Important Notes
- Refunds are not available if you have accessed and downloaded course materials.
- Refund requests will be processed within 10-15 business days after approval.
- Refunds or credits cannot be issued for non-attendance.
General Terms
- All requests for cancellations, rescheduling, or substitutions must be sent via email to Rajdhawanguitar@gmail.com
- Refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling will not be entertained without prior written notification.
- Refund policies in effect at the time of your transaction will apply, even if the policies change later.

Mission1Success reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course at any time due to:
- Insufficient registrations
- Trainer unavailability
- Unforeseen circumstances
